This Shipping Policy explains how GameOfPoly orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Order processing usually takes 1–3 business days.

After your order has been processed, estimated delivery time is usually 6–9 business days, depending on your location and local delivery conditions.

During high-demand periods, holidays, or customs delays, delivery may take longer than expected.

Estimated delivery time does not include processing time.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and tracking link.

You can use this tracking link to follow the status of your package.

Please note that tracking information may take some time to update after your order has been shipped.

Are there any additional fees for international shipping?

GameOfPoly orders may be shipped from international fulfillment partners.

In some cases, shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or additional fees once the package reaches the destination country.

Any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

GameOfPoly has no control over these charges and cannot estimate the exact amount, as customs policies vary from country to country.

When customs clearance is required, it may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery time.

Due to customs regulations, we cannot mark orders as gifts or declare a lower value than the actual purchase price.

Add-On Items Policy

Add-on products such as Collector’s Dice, Premium Card Protection, Shipping Protection, and display accessories are intended to be purchased together with the main GameOfPoly Collector’s Edition product or as part of a bundle.

Standalone add-on purchases are considered final once the order is placed. Customers are responsible for reviewing their cart, selected items, shipping costs, taxes, and total order amount before completing payment.

Shipping costs, taxes, and fees shown at checkout are the customer’s responsibility and are confirmed before payment is completed.

We may review cancellation or refund requests at our discretion. However, standalone add-on purchases, shipping fees, taxes, and related checkout fees are not guaranteed to be eligible for cancellation or refund.
